Meg works closely with the Collective Climate Action and Major Emerging Economies Initiatives in WRI’s Climate and Energy Program. As the international objectives coordinator, she supports the program on a variety of activities including administrative & logistical support, events coordination, and database & financial management. She is also the United Nations Climate Change Conference focal point for WRI and organizes the institute’s presence in all related conferences.
Prior to WRI, Meg worked for 2Seeds Network, Inc. managing a project to increase food and income security for subsistence farmers in rural Tanzania.
She graduated with a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
Fluent in Swahili and Kisambaa, Meg enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time outdoors.
