About Laura Root
Laura’s professional background has involved work in international relations, international business, and education in the US, France, and Turkey. Most recently, Laura worked in Istanbul as an educational consultant. Previously, she spent three years in France working in education and international relations research, and conducting marketing for France’s TGV (high speed train network).
Laura is from Seattle, WA, and completed her B.A. in Political Science and History at the University of Washington. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the American Graduate School of International Relations and Diplomacy, where she researched biological piracy and sustainable development.
