Kirsten Stasio is a Research Analyst in WRI’s Climate and Energy team. She supports WRI’s new Measurement and Performance Tracking (MAPT) initiative aiming to build the capacity of developing countries to track progress towards meeting domestic climate, energy and development goals. She also specializes in and informs the international climate negotiations, in particular working to increase transparency around developed country actions to generate and deliver climate finance to developing countries.

Kirsten started at WRI working on international climate and climate finance issues in July of 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from the University of California, Davis, and an international exchange diploma from L’Institute d’Etudes Politiques in Paris.
