Karishma is an Associate with the Operations and Project Co-ordination team at WRI India. Her primary responsibilities involve supporting the setting up of operations and processes at the India Resources Trust and providing operational support to implement strategies for existing projects in India.

While pursuing her undergraduate studies, Karishma was involved with the Xavier’s Resource Center for the Visually Challenged and the Xavier’s Institute of Social Research. Karishma holds an Honor in Sociology and a B.A in Sociology and Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Karishma enjoys following political, economic and social affairs, is passionate about cricket and follows the game with great enthusiasm and vigor.
