Jenny Guiling is a Research Analyst in the People and Ecosystems Program.  Her work at WRI focuses on the development of environmental markets, such as water quality trading programs, that cost-effectively improve environmental quality. More specifically, Jenny’s work examines how agricultural conservation practices can affect water quality, how to more effectively allocate funding in current agricultural conservation programs, and how to establish successful water quality trading programs. She is the technical specialist for NutrientNet (www.nutrientnet.org), an online water quality trading application developed by WRI.  Prior to joining WRI, Jenny attended Texas A&M University and received a bachelor's degree in environmental studies.
