About Heather
Heather Misicko joined WRI in 2011 as the Benefits Specialist in the Human Resources Department. Her primary responsibilities include administering all aspects of the employee benefits program, conducting benefits analysis, maintaining an HR database, managing the new hire on-boarding process and serving as an overall HR Generalist in addressing other personnel needs.

Heather’s previous experience includes ten years at a large health system in Detroit, Michigan where she focused on Benefits Administration and Health Promotion.
Heather holds a Master’s degree in Health Education from the University of Michigan. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.
