Diana manages the Green Power Market Development Group (GPMDG)-Europe, a unique corporate green power buyers group of major commercial and industrial energy users dedicated to building corporate markets for renewable energy in Europe. The Group was convened in June 2005 by WRI in collaboration with The Climate Group, a London-based environmental NGO working to accelerate the reduction of greenhouse gases by assembling a leadership coalition of proactive companies and city, state and national governments (www.theclimategroup.org). Prior to joining WRI and The Climate Group, Diana was an energy consultant on a number of projects, including USAID electricity market reform and privatization. Diana was an Associate at Enron Corp, both in Houston, Texas, and London. She worked for four years in a number of diverse assignments including risk analysis and control, business development, trading and origination, and management of natural gas and power marketing joint-venture in Romania.
