About Camilo
Camilo organizes fundraising and special events for the Institute. He is a liaison between WRI’s Development and External Relations departments. Camilo is also in charge of operations for External Relations, managing the budget, new hires, and WRI’s Communications Curriculum.

Prior to WRI, Camilo worked for the Conrad Group fundraising for Members of Congress. He also interned with CNN International in Madrid, Spain while completing his Masters.
Camilo holds a B.A in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and an M.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
Camilo is an endurance sport athlete. His other passions include traveling, dancing and the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
