In its first phase, the Better Buying Lab is exploring ways to increase people’s purchasing of plant-based foods, which use natural resources efficiently. Shifting toward plant-based proteins can reduce agriculture’s pressure on land, water, and the climate. Our first research findings will be published in 2017.
