As the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency begins to use its authority to limit greenhouse gases and other pollutants, members of Congress are wondering what these rules mean for the people and industries in their states.
How will pending regulations affect investment decisions in the electric utility and manufacturing sectors? How will electric grid reliability fare under new EPA power plant regulations?
At this public briefing event, leading experts will discuss past and pending actions by the EPA and what they mean for the economy, public health and the competitiveness of U.S. industries.
Light refreshments and continental breakfast will be provided.
