Regulatory Compliance Obligations for the Utility Industry

Regulatory Compliance Obligations for the Utility IndustryView Large Size

This chart is an adaptation based up the original chart from EEI. The original EEI chart has been used to suggest that EPA’s regulatory timeline is unworkable1. However, as illustrated here, the original chart consists mostly of procedural events and activities that will not impose a direct compliance obligation on power plants.

This chart shows a more accurate picture of the timeline for new requirements applicable to electric power plants.
